Quick Visit to Chicago
TheStrausses.com passed through Chicago this weekend to see Katie and Tom for about 24 hours. Tom cooked up quite possibly the best ribs we've ever tasted on Saturday night. On Sunday, we went to the beach and Aidan attempted to eat his weight in sand. Here are some pictures of bath time on Saturday night after dinner.

My mom came down to STL about 2 weeks ago to see the kids and help out while Kelly went up to Chicago to visit her sister.

Arcadia Bluffs Third Annual Golf Trip
My brother-in-law Tom puts on an annual golf trip up to Manistee, MI to play Arcadia Bluffs each year. 2 weekends ago was our third annual trip and it was amazing as usual.
Flooding in St Louis
We just had a big ole storm roll through St Louis. This is what 3 inches of rain in one hour will do.
This is across the street. This drainage ditch is about 7 feet tall and trickles water on an average day.
