Fallen Tree
After the big storms this weekend, we found this little surprise in our backyard. Luckily the damage was very minimal. Another plus is some free firewood for the winter!

Another plus is that (by the looks of it) you got to use a chainsaw.
actually, my father-in-law got to it before i got back from chicago.
however i'm going to finish the job this afternoon w/ the chainsaw and an ax.
good old fashioned hard work. gotta love it.
What is "firewood?"
We've got a fireplace here (gas - blecht) and it's been on once, when the furnace was out. Useless.
But the chain saw - that's just plain fun. I've got a pole saw for the tall Pecan trees.
